Overview

 

Dreamstyle Remodeling is a premier provider of home remodeling services, with an impressive history spanning nearly four decades. 


We are looking for a motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and help drive our HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, an eye for detail, and a desire to grow in HR.


Responsibilities

  • Help create, roll out, and manage our HR programs and policies.
  • Support our hiring processes, from conducting background checks to exit interviews.
  • Refine onboarding materials, build welcoming packages, and lead new hire orientation.
  • Jump into various HR functions and special projects as needed.
  • Keep tabs on training hours and rosters for every new hire.
  • Work with management to process and finalize employee separations.
  • Step in to help resolve employee issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of HR or related experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a +
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience with ADP
  • The ability to work in a dynamic environment and bring new ideas to improve processes.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments and lead HR duties.
  • A high level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness to safeguard sensitive information.

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 8:00am-5:00pm

 

Posted Min Pay Rate

USD $22.00/Hr.

Posted Max Pay Rate

USD $24.00/Hr.
