Dreamstyle Remodeling, America's #1 Remodeler (Ranked by sales - three years in a row) is a premier provider of home remodeling services, with an impressive history spanning nearly four decades. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Window Sales Manager.
The selected candidate will head a team of sales professionals, focusing on revenue growth and meeting sales targets. You will be in charge of managing the sales process, crafting effective strategies, and fostering a high-performing sales culture.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee a 10 member sales team in our window division, extending support, guidance, and motivation to enhance sales outcomes
- Engage in weekly field visits with sales representatives for feedback, coaching, and pinpointing areas for refinement
- Evaluate and respond to closing rates, detect trends, and initiate strategies for sales performance enhancement
- Act in the capacity of a coach and mentor, holding frequent individual meetings and performance assessments to offer tailored growth opportunities
- Actively partake in generating and finalizing sales, working closely with sales representatives
- Support sales representatives in finalizing sales through guidance, negotiation tactics, and utilizing your home remodeling industry knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within the home remodeling sector (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years' in-home sales experience (mandatory)
- Minimum of 3 years' Knowledge of window remodeling (mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is an advantage
- Proven record of guiding a triumphant sales team, attaining or surpassing sales objectives
- Clean DMV record, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation
- Must clear a background check
