Field Marketing Manager – Lead, Inspire, Achieve

Dreamstyle Remodeling, a leader in home improvement, is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive success through strategic marketing programs, lead a high-performing team of Brand Ambassadors, and oversee door-to-door canvassing and event promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop Teams: Coach Brand Ambassadors to meet performance goals.
• Event & Canvassing Management: Oversee logistics, staffing, and results tracking for events and door-to-door campaigns.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing to create campaigns that generate leads and drive appointments.
• CRM & Reporting: Ensure accurate lead tracking and provide regular performance updates to the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Field Marketing Experience (preferably in home improvement or consumer-facing industries)
• Proven Leadership: Strong team management and coaching skills
• Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM and payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Salesforce)
• Excellent Communicator: Ability to motivate, coach, and engage with diverse teams

Schedule:

• Full-Time, Hybrid: Mix of office, remote, and field work
