First, our lead installers make between $85,000 and $120,000 a year depending on their speed and experience. Our installer model works on piece labor, so you won’t be tied down at an hourly rate. If you can install more than the next person, you get more than the next person. We also offer full benefits and 401k.  That’s Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance with a 401k plan.
