We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and self-motivated Front Desk Administrator to join our team. This full-time position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors, while also supporting our customers, installation teams, and internal staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
  • Support various departments with clerical and administrative needs
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service or office administration
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role is helpful, but not required—we’re willing to train the right candidate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with office technology
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and able to multitask efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced office or customer-facing role
