We are seeking energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Canvassers. In this role, you will be the face of Dreamstyle in local neighborhoods—sparking interest, generating leads, and setting appointments by engaging directly with homeowners. Responsibilities:
- Walk targeted neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation about our home remodeling services
- Generate leads by setting appointments for our design consultants
- Represent the Dreamstyle brand professionally and positively
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Track interactions and results using an iPad-based system
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles
- Technologically experienced in using an iPad
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Physically able to walk for several hours, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs
