Why Partner with Dreamstyle Remodeling? As a partner with Dreamstyle Remodeling, you’ll receive pre-sold products directly from our distribution center and be responsible for the complete installation of our premium kitchen and remodeling systems in our customers' homes. Your focus will be entirely on installations—no sales, no collections, just your expertise and craftsmanship.

Compensation: 12% of the contract price (average contract value $20,000)

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent the company by introducing yourself to homeowners and clearly outlining the cabinet refacing services to be performed.

• Receive and inspect materials, ensuring all veneer/laminate sheets, doors, drawers, and hardware are complete and in good condition before transporting them to the job site.

• Perform cabinet refacing by removing existing doors, drawer fronts, and hardware; thoroughly prepare cabinet box surfaces by cleaning and sanding as needed.

• Apply new veneer or laminate to all visible exterior cabinet box surfaces, including face frames and end panels, ensuring clean lines and a seamless finish.

• Install new cabinet doors and drawer fronts, carefully aligning for proper function and aesthetic.

• Upgrade hardware by installing new soft-close Blum hinges, drawer glides, handles, knobs, and other accessories to enhance function and appearance.

• Manage each project from start to finish, including maintaining communication with the homeowner, documenting progress, submitting invoices, and assisting with final payment collection.

• Deliver a professional, courteous customer experience that reflects company values and results in enthusiastic 5-star reviews.

Requirements

• General Contractor’s License
• General Liability Insurance Policy & Bond
• Your own tools, truck, or work van. These will be necessary for moving materials to and from job sites.
