Are you a skilled technician who knows how to diagnose and fix window issues with precision and professionalism? Dreamstyle Remodeling is looking for a full-time Window Service Technician to join our growing team.

You’ll support our customers after installation—resolving service needs quickly and confidently. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your craftsmanship and customer care make the difference.

About the Role:

• Perform service calls to address warranty or post-installation window issues

• Diagnose and repair problems with hardware, seals, fit, and finish

• Complete minor carpentry, caulking, adjustments, and glass or part replacements

• Accurately document service work and maintain clear communication with internal teams

• Represent Dreamstyle with professionalism and deliver a 5-star customer experience

What You Bring:

• Experience in window installation, repair, or service

• Solid carpentry skills: trim work, caulking, light framing, minor drywall patching

• Ability to troubleshoot window function, fit, and hardware

• Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement/documentation skills

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• A self-motivated, customer-first mindset and a commitment to doing quality work
