We are currently looking to add a skilled, experienced, self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills in our Stucco Service Technician role. This is a full-time position working to support our installation teams, operational staff, and most importantly our customers. Our service techs are responsible for supporting our customers in their homes with their various installation related issues.

Compensation Includes:

Qualifications include:

• Perform stucco repairs and service work on residential properties

• Assess and diagnose stucco-related issues including cracks, water intrusion, delamination, and discoloration

• Apply patchwork and texture matching to ensure seamless repairs

• Caulking, sealing, and waterproofing of stucco surfaces

• Conduct routine maintenance checks and provide solutions to prevent future issues

• Ensure a clean and professional finish on all work

• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

• Maintain accurate records of work performed

The right person should be self-motivated and a "figure it out and get it done" type of person. The right person will have great construction skills, customer service skills, problem solving skills.
