Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for organization, leadership, and teamwork? Dreamstyle Remodeling is seeking a Branch Administrator to support our growing team and ensure smooth operations at our local office.
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, bilingual (English/Spanish), and ready to be the backbone of the branch—coordinating key administrative functions and helping deliver a 5-star customer experience.
About the Role:
As the Branch Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for administrative operations at your location. You’ll collaborate with the Installation Manager and Sales Manager to keep projects moving efficiently, ensure every job is properly documented, and support a positive, productive office environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure branch efficiency
- Review project documentation to verify scope of work and resolve issues before job processing
- Support job tracking by participating in daily backlog meetings with the team
- Maintain accurate communication records in our CRM for all customer interactions
- Coordinate with installation teams, update project statuses, and finalize installer documentation
- Collect and document payments at measure and install completion
- Supervise and support administrative staff and assist in hiring and training efforts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment
- Facilitate communication between the branch, corporate services, and other locations
- Offer insight and feedback to help improve office systems and technology

What You Bring:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 2+ years of administrative or office coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Customer-first mindset and collaborative attitude
- Experience supporting construction or home services teams a plus
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
