As a Bath & Window Installation Manager, you’ll oversee the complete installation process for bathroom AND Windows/Doors remodeling projects in your region. From scheduling and quality control to customer satisfaction and contractor management, you’ll be the key driver behind a smooth, on-time, and high-quality installation experience.
The Installation Manager is responsible for controlling and managing the installation process for all products in their assigned area. These responsibilities include scheduling, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, customer service, materials management, and the management of the installation workforce, including employees and independent contractors. This person is the primary liaison between the customer and the company in all matters related to installation, contract scope, and service issues.
About the Role:
Manage construction backlog, ensuring timely movement through each project phase.
Ensure bath, window, and door jobs are measured, ordered, and installed within established timelines.
Review contract documents to clarify requirements and resolve any issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies, permitting, HOA approvals, and regulatory requirements.
Supervise, train, and develop installation and service staff.
Lead regular backlog reviews, identify action plans, and monitor progress.
Ensure team compliance with system of record and company policies.
Direct installation workforce on schedules, quality, and workplace behaviors.
Complete bi-weekly payroll for installation and service employees.
Recruit, train, and retain qualified installation teams.
Manage local subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance and quality.
Audit installation sites for both bath and window projects, address issues, and provide feedback.
Act as the main point of contact for customers and handle escalated concerns.
Oversee service/warranty program and ensure adherence to company policies.
Coordinate with sales and administration to ensure timely project completion.
Manage warehouse operations, personnel, and ensure safety and cleanliness.
Establish staging processes and schedules for daily installation projects.

3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, or Superintendent
Background in woodworking or carpentry
Working knowledge of bathroom remodeling and window installation
Familiarity with kitchen design or cabinet refacing a plus
Ability to visualize and execute high-quality remodels from existing layouts
Experience with measuring and documenting projects in construction or design
Ability to create accurate hand-drawn layouts of projects
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and hand-drawn plans
Skilled in light carpentry, trim work, staining, painting, caulking, and snap/lock flooring repairs
Strong organizational and communication skills
