Dreamstyle Remodeling, the nation’s number one home remodeling company, is continuing to grow — and we’re looking for an organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support our kitchen, bathroom, window, and door divisions.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our production operations — keeping projects organized, on schedule, and on track from order to installation. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, vendors, and customers to ensure a seamless remodeling experience.

About the Role:

• Scheduling installations and coordinating timelines for kitchen, bath, window, and door projects
• Ordering products and materials through manufacturer portals
• Preparing and tracking project documentation, work orders, and warranties
• Communicating proactively with customers to provide updates and manage expectations
• Supporting Project Managers and field teams to ensure smooth handoffs and project completion

What You Bring:

• Experience in home improvement, construction, or remodeling — familiarity with bath, kitchen, or window/door projects is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems
• A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license

• Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
